A: See our list on the “Insurance” tab. If you do not see your plan listed, please call our office, and we can verify if we are in network for your insurance plan.
A: Almost all insurance plans cover outpatient physical therapy services. After the deductable is met, there is a co-pay or co-insurance amount for each visit. We will call your insurance company prior to your initial visit to verify your benefits.
A: You will be responsible for either paying your co-pay or estimated co-insurance every visit or at least weakly. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you have a secondary insurance, it will most likely cover your co-pay or estimated co-insurance. We electronically file all primary and secondary insurances.
A: You should bring your insurance card, picture ID, and prescription for physical therapy. You can print and fill out enrollment paperwork to save time. Visit the Get Started tab to download these forms.
A: Your initial evaluation will take 1 to 1 ½ hours. Your follow-up treatment visits will usually take 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the extent and complexity of your treatment plan.
A: During your first visit, your therapist will obtain your medical history and perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation. Based upon this information, your therapist will design a therapy program specifically tailored to your needs, initiate treatment, and instruct you in a written home exercise program.
A: During your physical therapy treatment, you will be primarily followed by your licensed physical therapist. However, any of our licensed physical therapy assistants can render appropriate treatment according to the therapist’s written plan of care.
A: Yes. A Progress Report will be sent to your doctor monthly, or whenever you follow-up with the doctor, whichever comes first. When you are discharged from therapy, a Discharge Summary will be sent to your doctor.
A: Your doctor may specify a treatment frequency and duration. If not, based upon your diagnosis and clinical findings, your therapist will determine the necessary frequency and duration of treatment.
A: Once your therapy program is completed, you have the option to enroll in our Alumni Program to continue use of our facility space and equipment, and obtain further guidance from our experienced therapy staff. For further information, as our staff about the Alumni Program.
